This is a unlicensed ZX81 clone with 2K of memory. The 2 ROM chips stacked on top of each other are actually two 4K ROMs to make a total of 8K. It’s unknown if this was a factory modification or a user modification/repair.
The joystick port (6-pin DIN 45322) is cursor-key compatible (56780).
