This particular CZ 1500 Plus was manufactured by C. M. & M. as can been read on the silk screen of the motherboard, after the Czerweny factory had burned down to the ground in 1986. Because supplies of Timex parts had already ended, the rubber keyboard mats had to be purchased from Microdigital, using the TK85‘s mat instead.
Instead of 16 Kb of RAM as previously fitted by Czerweny, these later machines had only 2 Kb (24 pin KM6264AL-12 in this CZ 1500 Plus) or 8 Kb (too large 28 pin NMC2116N-20L using bodge wires as the pinout is slightly different, seen here on the right).
