The same old 48K ZX Spectrum, but in a redesigned QL-Style case with plastic keys instead of rubber keys. Sinclair started by putting Issue 4A, 4B or 4S (Samsung) board in these cases, but users could upgrade any Issue rubber keyed Spectrum to the + model by means of the  ZX Spectrum + Upgrade Kit.
